The documentation is also rather minimalistic. A basic invoice can be made very easily with this app. There are two templates, one for Canadian clients and one for American ones. When I make a simple invoice, I make sure to print the invoice, attach it to an email (with all the items, including totals), and then send it. This saves a lot of time. When I make more complicated invoices, I make sure to use the edit function. For example, if I have to get detailed information from my client, I make sure to set the fields from my client's contact form. It's so much easier that way. If my client needs a receipt, I just make sure to save the invoice in pdf and then print it and send it to them. I can also make automated reminders from the software.
